Bayahibe

Enjoy the beach of Bayahibe, in the Dominican Republic, and immerse yourself in its warm and crystal clear waters. The charming little fishing village becomes quiet once the tourists visiting the Saona and Catalina islands depart from there, and the beach becomes a little Caribbean paradise.

Starting point for excursions to the islands, it is also famous for fishing and diving. It is also an excellent place to practice snorkeling. In the Caribbean waters of this beach you can see starfish, cuttlefish and manta rays. You can also visit the Captain Kidd shipwreck from there, on Catalina Island, or include it in the visit to the underwater museums, which include other shipwrecks in the area.
